Terms and conditions of use of Media Pro photos
| In choosing to enter Media Pro of Dassault Aviation, and in consulting, sending or downloading photographs from that medium, all visitors commit to comply with the terms and conditions of use stated in the Legal Notice and this document Terms and conditions of use of Media Pro photos. The photographs contained in Media Pro of Dassault Aviation are protected by the current French and international legislation regarding intellectual property. They are the property of Dassault Aviation or of third parties that have authorised it to exploit them. All of the reproduction rights are reserved, whether they involve the design or content of the site (particularly the texts, images, sounds, icons, photographs, logos, brands and documents available for downloading). These materials shall not be reproduced either partially or in their entirety, in any fashion whatsoever without Dassault Aviations written consent beforehand. This use is granted only to meet the needs of the print and digital media in providing illustrations to accompany the texts of articles. The time for use of an image is limited to 3 months, commencing to run as of its downloading. For each negative that is selected, regardless of the medium that is planned, the user commits to indicate the photographic credit in the margin of the photograph. This photographic credit must be copied in its entirety from the Credit space of the photographs information sheet. It also appears in the warning document, Readme.htm , contained in the Zip file upon the downloading of images by lot (via the baskets). If photos are used for illustration of an online press article, the maximum authorised size of reproduction is: Display of 400 pixels wide for a horizontal photo, or 400 pixels high for a vertical photo, in a maximum resolution of 72 dpi. The photos offered in Media Pro shall not under any circumstance be modified during their reproduction (silhouetting, inversion of image, colorimetric change, reframing, etc.). Under no circumstance shall this media library be used for the dissemination of images to any third parties, whether free of charge or for payment of a consideration, for any purpose whatsoever. The user commits that the representation and/or reproduction of photographs will not tarnish the image and reputation of Dassault Aviation, the Dassault group, and/or their personnel, or the individuals who are photographed.
